01 Dental Hygiene
Brushing and flossing daily are important but not always enough over the long run. Regular professional cleaning is like servicing your teeth so they stay healthy longer. We take time to clean thoroughly and discuss home-care routines to suit each individual — important, since gum health is now linked to overall health.
02 White Fillings
Good oral hygiene and diet help prevent decay, and early lesions can sometimes be reversed if detected in time. When decay is present, treatment involves removing it and placing a restoration. We use tooth-coloured white fillings, which look natural and require minimal drilling to place.
03 Extractions
While we try to conserve teeth wherever we can, an extraction is sometimes necessary — for example with wisdom teeth. We take you through it step by step to minimise discomfort and anxiety, with careful anaesthetic technique and the latest imaging. For highly anxious patients, we can discuss sedation options.
04 Root Canal Therapy
If decay reaches the nerve of a tooth, root canal therapy may be the only way to save it. We relieve pain by treating the infected nerve, then clean, shape and fill the canals to stop further infection. The tooth is then restored and usually protected with a crown to ensure longevity.
05 Mouthguards
If you play contact sports, a custom-fitted mouthguard protects your teeth and gums far better than a “boil-and-bite” version. Custom guards are made in different layers depending on your needs, and can even be made in your team colours.
06 Splints & Snoring Appliances
Worn teeth or morning jaw pain can be signs of grinding and clenching. A custom occlusal splint protects your teeth while you sleep. Snoring appliances reposition the lower jaw to help keep the airway open — we’ll first help rule out more serious conditions such as sleep apnoea.
